The ground rules

AreaCreator (the Service) is a competition platform where creators submit short-form clips into Arenas and compete for Glory (rewards). It is operated by Tuber Thailand from Thailand.

You must be at least 20 years old, or a minor with parental consent, to create an account. You must provide accurate identifying information on your profile; fake profiles may be removed without notice.

We use passwordless sign-in (magic link or Google OAuth). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Sharing or selling accounts is not permitted.

You keep ownership of the clips you create. By submitting a clip URL to the Service you grant AreaCreator a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and link to your public post on our platform solely for operating the Service (leaderboards, winner showcases, promotional materials about the Arena). This licence ends when you delete your account, except to the extent the content has already been shown in an Arena result.

You confirm you have the right to the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Every submission must reach its audience organically. No paid ads, no boosts, no promoted posts, no influence services, no Instagram "Paid Partnership" tag tied to the sponsoring brand. Full rules and the affidavit you sign at submit time are on our Rules page. Violations result in disqualification, forfeiture of Glory, and a 30-day or permanent ban.

Glory amounts are set per Arena by the host (either AreaCreator or the brand). Rewards are paid in THB after winner verification. You are responsible for any income tax (Thai withholding of 3% over ฿1,000 will be deducted where applicable). Reward payment requires a complete Portfolio and acceptance of the rule set in force at submission time.

• No paid promotion of submissions (see §5).
• No harassment, hate, or illegal content.
• No scraping or abusing the Service APIs.
• No impersonation or fake profiles.
• No circumventing the admin or flag systems.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Leaderboard data is based on third-party platform metrics that may be delayed, inaccurate, or removed by the platforms themselves.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, AreaCreator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the Glory amount of the Arena in which the claim arose, or THB 1,000, whichever is lower.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and the "Last updated" date below will reflect the revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
