The rules
One rule, plain language. Every creator reads this before competing.
Keep it organic
The Area rewards ideas and skill, not ad spend. Every submission must reach its audience organically — no paid ads, no boosts, no promoted posts, no influence services, no Instagram "Paid Partnership" tag linked to the sponsoring brand.
The affidavit
Before you submit, you tick this:
I confirm this submission is organic. I have not paid for ads, boosts, or any form of paid promotion. I understand that verification may be performed, and violations result in disqualification.
Verification
Top 3–5 scorers in every Arena are verified before winners are announced. We cross-check each submission against the platform's own Ads Library and any public paid-partnership signals. Verified winners get a badge on the leaderboard.
If we find paid promotion
- 01YELLOW FLAGAutomatic warning or community report. You get notified and have 24 hours to respond. Convincing explanation clears the flag.
- 02RED FLAGConfirmed violation. Submission disqualified. You have 72 hours to appeal with evidence.
- 03REPEAT30-day ban. A second repeat is permanent.
Why this matters
Brands pay for reach that earned its views. Creators win because the work was good, not because the budget was bigger. Both sides lose if that breaks — so we hold the line.
